Kaitlyn Hartzog, LMSW

 Kaitlyn joined the Still Waters team in April of 2025 as a Clinical Therapist, working out of the Saline office. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Family Life Education from Concordia University-Ann Arbor and a master’s degree in social work from Michigan State University. Kaitlyn also has extensive training in trauma, crisis intervention, parent management ; education, and family preservation. Kaitlyn integrates a variety of techniques into her therapy practice such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Theory, trauma-based, person-centered, and strengths-based approaches. Clinical specialties include: family/relational issues, trauma/PTSD, anxiety, and
depression. Kaitlyn has experience working closely with all ages from children to older adults and is passionate about helping individuals and families grow in positive directions. Kaitlyn believes establishing a healthy therapeutic rapport with her clients is key to supporting
them in achieving their desired goals. Kaitlyn is patient centered and passionate about promoting positive mental health for all.
