We are a family-friendly practice founded in 2000, specializing in the holistic treatment of mental and behavioral disorders. We offer confidential, compassionate care for individuals, couples, and families in Ann Arbor and Saline, Michigan, as well as online. Our licensed therapists offer personalized support in a warm, judgment-free environment.
Our name, Still Waters, reflects our mission as therapists: to remain present, grounded, and reflective—helping clients move toward the peace and calm that therapy can bring.

Our therapists honor diversity, are trauma informed, and utilize various treatment modalities including CBT, DBT, EMDR, EFT, ACT, IPNB, IFS, Mindfulness and parent training, to treat anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, ADHD, ASD and more. Our nurse practitioners are thoughtful and insightful about the mental health medications they may prescribe and utilize Genesight testing whenever necessary.
